Storms destroy hundreds of turtle nest in Florida

Exposed turtle eggs lie on the beach before they are recovered by environmental workers in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Monday. Storms during the nesting season – May 1 to Oct. 31 – have destroyed more than 200 turtle nest on Florida’s beaches, damage biologist say is the worst in 15 years.
