Colossal Caterpillar

Logan Darland, 9, of Harrodsburg, Ky., checks out spike, a hickory horned devil caterpillar. Logan found Spike in the yard of his house Thursday. The caterpillar is the larva of the royal walnut moth, also known as the regal moth. The caterpillar can beuup to 6 inches long and three quarters of an inch in diameter.
