Homer the elephant seal gets close to his surroundings.
Homer, an elephant seal, has been causing havoc since arriving two weeks ago at a boat ramp on New Zealand's North Island by spending  much of his time scratching himself against cars and other objects.  The seal is named after the cartoon Homer Simpson.
