Camptosaurus

Lived during: Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous
Found: North America and Europe
Name means: Bent Lizard
"Bent Lizard" usually walked o its hind legs.  However, its hoofed forelegs were so large and strong that it very likely grazed on all fours, and this bent ancestor of later duckbilled dinosaurs, such as Maiasaura. Many different Camptosaurus species have been discovered both in North America and Europe.
Lived at the same time as: Allosaurus, Apatosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Diplodocus, Ornitholestes, Stegosaurus
