Name Means: Rooster Mimic
Gallimimus ws the largest of the Ornithomimids,
or ostrich dinosaurs. It had a long, flexible neck, a beak like snout,
with a flattened end and powerful legs. In fact, with it long legs
and light build, some scientist think this may have been among the fastest
of all dinosaurs. They also believe it probable fed on smaller animals
and insects.
Lived at the same time as: Ankylosaurus, Maiasaura,
Parasaurolophus, Protoceratops, Pteranodon, Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus,
Velociraptor
