Name Means: High crested tooth
Could some dinosaurs climb trees? Although
no one can know for sure, scientists once believed that this medium seized,
beaked plan eater could do just that. Actually, though, Hypsilophodon
long, arched claws, powerful legs and long, rigid tail were much more likely
used for fast running that tree climbing. This dinosaur was first
discovered on England's Isle of Wight.
Lived at the same time as: Deinonychus, Iguanodon,
Ouranosaurus
